For participants (40 points) 

•         Providing information about accommodations  
•         Ease to obtain visas  
•         Tourist advice (are surrounding attractions mentioned) – Site tours  
•         Costs of participating (registration costs)  

Local organizers (50 points) 

•         Quality of local organizing committee  
•         Link with the previous organizers (adviser committee)  
•         Partnerships (cooperating organizations)  
•         Is there a timeframe  
•         Possibility of having exhibitors  

Budget (30 points) 

•         Detail of the budget  
•         Is it realistic  
•         How well is it proposed to have sponsors
