I N S C T S is an ongoing project by Umberto Diecinove that explores the global rise of insect farming and its contribution to a transformation that embraces the inherent circularity of nature. Since 2019, he has mapped insect farming and research across key sites worldwide — from Wageningen University in the Netherlands to the CEIF Texas A&M University, and from rural communities in post-conflict Colombia to mega-urban centers in China.
I N S C T S has been exhibited across Europe, as well as in California and Singapore, and will eventually take shape as a book. Contact Umberto if you would like to be part of the project.
